| Eng is the Managing Director of Eng and Co. in Shanghai. He formerly was with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has assisted many Chinese subsidiaries of US firms with internal and external audit, financial management, and business process consulting. He also has assisted in conducting due diligence work and setting up accounting systems for companies entering or expanding in China. Eng has recently provided internal audit and SOX 404 services for clients in China. He has a comprehensive understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations. Eng is a CPA in Malaysia and is proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. |
