He formerly was with Arthur Andersen and has assisted clients with inter-country acquisitions, business process engineering, asset reorganizations, financial audits and IPO’s. Kerry worked in Germany in 1998 and has served multinational clients from around the world in a wide range of industries. He has a comprehensive understanding of western finance and tax regulations. Kerry is a CPA in China and is proficient in Mandarin, German, and English. |
